Our System
If this is your first time running a
background search or your first time using the
BackgroundCheckVerify
system then follow the steps below. If you still have questions
then please feel free to call or email us.
STEP 1: Setup an
account in our system - CLICK HERE
(Payment options are INVOICE CREDIT or CREDIT
CARD - you must be pre-approved by InfoCheck to use the 30 day
invoice credit option). You are not charged until you select and
submit your searches.
Our clients data is of extreme importance to
us and we have the most secure system available. When creating
your password you must follow these standards:
Password Standards:
· The
password must have at least 8 characters.
· The
password must contain only alphanumeric characters, no symbols
or whitespaces.
· The
password must have at least 1 uppercase character.
· The
first letter cannot be the only uppercase character
· The
password must have at least 1 lowercase character.
· The
password must have at least 1 number.
· The
password must not contain the userid/username
· The
password must be unique in the system
STEP 2: Login to your account from the main page of
the site or any page
STEP 3: After login you will enter your
account CONTROL PANEL.

STEP 4: Select
your searches from the ORDER REPORTS screen. If you click on any
SEARCH REPORT it will give you a detail search description page
informing you of the information that will be returned. Select
the report and then click Continue. You will then add the
SUBJECT/APPLICANT info to perform the search.
For Most Searches & SSN Traces:
you will need the subjects NAME, DATE OF BIRTH and SOCIAL
SECURITY NUMBER (not needed for Criminal Search Only).
For Driving Records:
you will need the subjects DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER.
For Employment & Reference checks:
you will need to provide as much info as possible on the prior
employers.
For Credit , Workers Comp & Some Educational
Reports: you will need to
provide an Applicant Release Form -
you may fax it to or you may scan it into your computer -
select UPLOAD DOCUMENTS from your search report screen and
upload it.

NOTE: Within
ORDER REPORTS - select CUSTOM PACKAGES for default pre-defined
searches and pricing. We can also create special packages for
you based on your search needs - just let us know!.

STEP 5: Some
searches are instant therefore you will receive a completed
report immediately. Some searches will take 24 to 72 hours to
complete and you can monitor the status from your account
CONTROL PANEL. Select VIEW OR PRINT REPORT to get the search
info.

STEP 6: All your
reports are kept in your account indefinitely. You can VIEW,
PRINT or EMAIL your reports from your control panel. You can
also ORDER new reports or add reports to existing searches. Your
REPORT MANAGEMENT control panel is very powerful and makes find
your reports quick and easy.

STEP 8: Under MY
ACCOUNT you can change your login id and passcode as well as
update your company profile, get prices and monitor your
invoices.

STEP 9: Logout
from your secure account. Your account is available 24/7.
